In its ever-filling skyline, from Downtown to the Venetian Islands, Miami luxury real estate is springing up from all corners, to accommodate the rising interest from investors.

In Downtown Brickell, where many of the new constructions are popping up, more than 150 towers have emerged in recent year, adding 92,000 residents to the area.

Downtown alone has experienced a $4 billion injection of new public and private projects from sports venues to green parks.

Here we highlight a few of the properties currently under construction for property owners to invest in.

Aston Martin Residencies
Miami’s love affair with supercars has recently taken it to a new level, with the rise in car inspired properties. The latest is the Aston Martin Residences in trendy downtown. Consciously built, using carbon fibre instead of wood, and with luxurious touches like leather door handles to mimic the driving experience, units start from $700,000 going up to $50 million for whom money is no object.

The world-class building is designed to be plush, with all the modern refinements you’d expect from this first-class brand. For the uber-elite, it offers enviable triple penthouse properties on its dazzling 63rd floor.

Brickell Flatiron
The much-anticipated Brickell Flatiron building will retire its last crane shortly, as the build comes to an end. The 736-foot tower features 527 state-of-the-art luxury condos for sale in Miami, although 87% of units have already been sold.

Described as an “urban oasis”, these latest luxury homes for sale in Miami were developed by Ugo Colombo and designed by Luis Revuelta. Bringing a touch of modernity to the skyline, its gentle curves bask in the natural light celebrated in this chic new building.

Within easy reach of all the local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants, and easily commutable from the financial district, it’s set to be one of the most sought-after residences in the area.

America’s Richest Zip Code
Miami luxury condos have been put on the map recently, thanks to Palazzo Della Luna. The luxury construction development is home to the wealthiest people in the country, with the average annual income topping $2.2 million.
High rollers can join the high tower when it opens in 2020. The reported $40 million penthouse properties will have multiple terraces and stunning panoramic views of the water below, making the most of its unique position. The 10-story building offers 50 residencies.

SLS’ Reaches New Heights
Already a stalwart in the hospitality industry, SLS is growing its chain with this latest downtown development. When it opened a few months ago, the SLS LUX Brickell offered a combination of hotel rooms & residences. With 59 units available, they ranged from $427,900 to $2.9 million.

Overlooking the Brickell skyline the Miami luxury real estate offers extensive facilities, high-class dining and interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg. The penthouses have the added benefit of private rooftop pools and outdoor spas.

Turkish Takeover
Ever since Turkish Airlines opened up the market with a direct route from Istanbul, inward investment has been on the rise. The latest of these Miami beach real estate developments comes from Turkish developer Billionaire Bekir Okan, which is set to create Florida’s tallest tower – Okan Tower – in 2022. Units are expected to reach up to $2.4 million in this 70-story downtown mixed-use construction, inspired by the Turkish national flower – a tulip.
